MARRT By-Laws
The MARRT By-Laws are developed by the MARRT Board of Directors for the purpose of governing the Manitoba Association of Registered Respiratory Therapists.
All new or revised By-Laws are approved by a special resolution requiring a thirds majority vote of MARRT registrants at the annual general meeting.
Under current legislation any Active Practicing MARRT registrant may make a proposal to develop, amend or repeal a by-law. By-Laws are superseded by the Respiratory Therapy Act and the Regulations, and therefore must be in alignment with these documents.
