INITIAL LICENSING (first time applicants only)

A license to practice is granted for a 1 year term ending January 31 each year and is subject to annual review by the Registrar. The RRT annual licensing fee is $775.00. Graduates of an accredited educational program may apply for licensing in their graduation year for a one time reduced fee of $150.00.

First time license applicants of any class, will be charged a non-refundable $60.00 registration fee, which must accompany the initial application. This fee is not applicable to the annual license renewals. A secure online application may be submitted by clicking here (not to be used for renewal).

Applicants are advised that the $60.00 registration fee will be charged and a credit card will be required to complete the online application process. Candidates will be advised of their license status following a due diligence investigation by the Registrar. Successful candidates will be invoiced the full annual license fee if approved prior to July 1st, or half the annual fee thereafter. Upon full payment of the required fee, the candidate will be added to the roster of Active Practicing RRTs and a license card issued.
